Like any country, Japan have their fair share of homeless citizens. Unlike their American counterparts, they're pretty skilled in getting by. Most build tents and even small buildings with blue tarp to protect from the rain. Some people even rent rooms at 24/7 internet cafes since it's far less expensive than a tiny Japanese apartment.
