Saw "Harry Potter And the Deathly Hallows Part 2"

I've read the book a few months ago, but I've been wanting the movie to come out for months. So today me and my girlfriend watched the final movie in the Harry Potter series.

The movie picks up right after the death of Dobby with Harry, and his friends trying to break into Gringotts.

It stays decently faithful to the book until the final battle. Then it's "let's make shit up!" and a bunch of cheesy one-liners.

Bickering aside, it's really not that bad. I could complain all day, but I really did enjoy the movie. But any fan must read the book, because it is better in every way, shape, and form.

Read "The Tales of Beedle The Bard"

First mentioned in Deathly Hallows, Rowling made the work of fiction in fiction into a real book. Just a bunch of children's fairy tales but for the magical kids of the Wizarding World.

I didn't really like the hopping pot one.

I did like the fountain one. Very good tale.

The Warlock's Hairy Heart one was easily the worst.

I do like the one with the foolish king and the fake wizard who get tricked by a real witch.

And of course we have the tale of the 3 brothers. Which you can already read (or see in the film) in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
