Halo 4's Warthog Will Appear in Forza 4

Halo's trademark vehicle will make a surprise appearance as an unlockable car in the game. Apparently it won't be easy to access it though. Kinda want to try this out in it's slow and sluggish turning.

Halo 3: ODST Review

I missed out on ODST even though I've long since played Halo 3 and Halo: Reach.

After spending a bit of time with it, I've quite enjoyed the single player campaign. The story of the game is a side-story set around the time of Halo 3. You never meet up with Master Chief, or the Arbiter so forget about them. You'll be in control of members of the ODST and you'll get to see the war from their viewpoints.

Granted the single-player is very short, and some of it like wandering around the city to find clues is more filler than anything. However it has plenty of moments, and once the real missions start they're pretty good.

The unfortunate thing about ODST is that there really is no multiplayer to it. They throw in a bonus disc with all the Halo 3 maps, so if you haven't bought those this is a steal. However if you did, then half the experience is ruined. The game has dropped pretty well in price though, making it a very afforable purchase than the questionable price tag of $60 on day one.

Score: 7 out of 10

My Halo 3: ODST Impressions

Even though I'm a fan of Halo I kinda missed out on ODST until now. It's more of a expansion pack than a full-fledge Halo so that's a reason why.

The game is not about Master Chief but rather just regular soldiers though they are members of the ODST, whatever the hell that means. I really don't care about the story, so I've been skipping a lot of the cut-scenes.

But I like the campaign so far, it started off a little slow, but I started to enjoy myself when the bigger and better weapons arrive in your hands.

Things I Like: Halo: Reach

Halo 3 was a bit of a letdown for me. I played it more than most other games don't get me wrong. However it felt more like Halo 2.5 than a true sequel.

Halo: Reach however goes back to what made the original game so great, but with some of the more modern touches of Halo 2 and Halo 3. It's probably my favorite Halo when it comes to the campaign mode.

I also liked the optional powers as well like jet pack, decoys, and shielding. Gave both the single player and multiplayer modes some variety. Also another way to either unbalance or balance the playing field in multiplayer. Which could go either good or bad.

The only part I didn't care for was the ship combat in the campaign. It was kinda boring, and it sure wasn't no Starfox 64.

As I said before the multiplayer was just as awesome as the games before it. Really need to get back into the game, I bet they probably have some more maps by now.
