Street Fighter IV Coming To Android

Capcom is bringing Street Fighter IV to even more smartphone users soon. No price or date announced. 

Things I Like: Super Street Fighter II HD Turbo Remix

Such a great idea, Street Fighter II remastered in HD!

It's certainly that, the graphics looked sick!

Even though I think it's tad too hard in single player, it's still a great little game. 

Street Figher Alpha 2 (SNES) Review

I never had much chance to play Street Fighter Alpha over the years, but I recently got my hands on the SNES version of the 2nd game. 

Alpha 2 of course started in the arcades, and that version looks much better than the SNES one. 

The graphics and sound do take a bit of a hit, but I didn't find it to be too troubling. There is a delay at the start of the match, that is a little annoying at first. Granted it doesn't effect your match at all. Another difference is (I believe) that some characters like Cammy White aren't available in the Super Nintendo version. 

The gameplay holds up pretty well, even after all these years. I like the fast speed, the power bar, and balanced difficulty. Granted the SNES version is never going to be the best version to have, I've quite enjoyed playing through it. I really need to get my hands on more Alpha games.

Things I Like: Super Puzzle Fighter II HD Remix

I never had the chance to play the long-running series until the XBLA version. 

It's kinda like Puyo-Pop meets Tetris. But unlike Puyo-pop, this game is actually fun. 

My favorite thing is the multiplayer, which I can really only do offline now since nobody plays it online anymore. Fuckers. 

Street Fighter III: Third Strike Coming to XBLA and PSN This Summer

The popular game will be headed straight to the 360 and PS3 with all the online goodies that you come to expect and HD graphics to boot. 

Things I Hate: Street Fighter EX Series

I played a little of this spin-off series, and hated it. 

It's a bad version of Street Fighter with 3D instead of 2D. Which I guess they didn't too well until Street Fighter IV. 

Things I Hate; Virtua Fighter 4

I was never a big fan of the series in the arcade. I had a little fun with Virtua Fighter Kids. 

I know many people loved Virtua Fighter 4 and are very deep about all the moves and whatever. I just don't like fighting games like that. I'm happy with Street Fighter and Soul Calibur.
