Kim Kardashian Suing Old Navy On Behalf of Sears

Recently Kim tried to sue Old Navy for a look-a-like of her in their ads. Now the reasoning seems to be protecting the Kim Kardashian collection which is about to launch at the store. Makes sense, but they'll probably lose.
