Warren Buffet To Attend Obama Fundraiser

Warren Buffet has already been a pretty big supporter of Obama, and he is going to attend an 35,800 per person fundraiser. Obama is also a big fan of Buffet since he unveiled a tax-plan nicknamed "The Buffet Rule" which will make the super-rich pay the same rate as the middle class does.

Bill O' Reilly Might Call It Quits If His Taxes Are Too High

When Obama revealed a plan to slightly increase the amount of taxes on the super-rich Bill O'Reilly took some offense. How dare he tax him more money? Even though he pays far less percentage wise compared to the middle class. Here's Bill's own words

"Here's the unintended consequence of Mr. Obama's revenue enhancing plan, and I must tell you I want the feds to get more revenue. I don't want to starve them, as some people do. We need a robust military, a good transportation system and protections all over the place. But if you tax achievement, some of the achievers are going to pack it in.

Again, let's take me. My corporations employ scores of people. They depend on me to do what I do so they can make a nice salary. If Barack Obama begins taxing me more than 50 percent, which is very possible, I don't know how much longer I'm going to do this. I like my job, but there comes a point when taxation becomes oppressive. Is the country really entitled to half a person's income?"

Well Bill if you want to make no money because you pretend the government is going to take half your money go right ahead. I'll be happy to complain like a whiny baby for a couple hours and get payed millions a year. Obama could tax me 99% and I'd still be happy.

Gov. Rick Perry Calls Obama "Socialist"

Like all stupid conservatives who want to sling mud at Obama, Rick Perry has called Obama a socialist for the first time publicly that I know of since he threw his name in the presidential ring. It comes from a recent Time magazine interview.

Time: Now that you’ve been in the race for while, do you feel pressure to temper some of your rhetoric, like calling the Obama administration socialist?

Rick Perry: No, I still believe they are socialist. Their policies prove that almost daily. Look, when all the answers emanate from Washington D.C., one size fits all, whether it’s education policy or whether it’s healthcare policy, that is, on its face, socialism
.

Oh god, do I hate people who throw around the word Socialism and don't even understand what it means. Not like Obama does anything even remotely progressive anymore since the Republicans took over the House of Representatives. Rick Perry is a liar and con-artist.

Rush Limbaugh Says Obama Wanted Hurricane Irene to Be "Worse"

Hurricane Irene didn't kill everyone on the East Coast, and it was pretty well managed by governments on every level making it a hurricane that caused little harm or damage. Think this fat jerk would be happy? No, he instead reverse blames Obama because he says the President would want it to do massive damage so he could have something to blame the economy on.

Paul Ryan Denies Run For President

A lot of Republicans are being asked this question about their name being thrown into the hat about taking on Obama in next year's election. Paul Ryan has quickly denied any intent of becoming President in 2013.

"I sincerely appreciate the support from those eager to chart a brighter future for the next generation. While humbled by the encouragement, I have not changed my mind, and therefore I am not seeking our party's nomination for President. I remain hopeful that our party will nominate a candidate committed to a pro-growth agenda of reform that restores the promise and prosperity of our exceptional nation. I remain grateful to those I serve in Southern Wisconsin for the unique opportunity to advance this effort in Congress." -Rep. Paul Ryan

Which is a good thing, the last thing we need is another clown who wants destroy all of the government welfare programs so they can give their criminal wall street friends yet another tax-break.

Mitt Romney is Loaded

After saying "corporations are people" and calming that the economy is in ruins since Obama took office apparently has done nothing to his own fortune. His Boston Capital firm and his own wall street investments could have made is fortune valued at about $250 million. That's much more than even the other GOP members running for president, and much higher than Obama who's at about $5 million.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry To Officially Announce Presidential Run in South Carolina

George W. Bush's successor wants to take on his other successor, and will formally announce his run to challenge all the other GOP candidates in the primary, so he can face Obama in the general election. This guy is fucking nuts, when Obama won the race a few years ago he was talking about leaving the union. As Bill Maher put it, "that's a president we need, one who's not sold on the United part".

Miltary Okays End to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

The bill was passed months ago, but the military has officially approved that openly gay service men and women won't effect combat on the battlefield or what other lies social conservatives believe. After some legal mumble jumbo, and set number of days, the LGBT community can openly serve.

China Pissed At United States Over Obama-Dali Lama Meeting

After China invaded Tibet and annexed their lands, the Dali Lama was forced out of his homeland. After touring the United States for a Buddhist revival, the religious leader planned to meet with President Obama. China urged the United States to cancel the meeting, but we ignored their pleads. For as long as it's been going on, I still can't believe China can't get over Tibet.

John McCain Thinks Sarah Palin Can Beat Barack Obama

John McCain who lost the last Presidential election has put his faith in his old running mate.

Saying she's competitive enough to win if you decides to run. Palin doesn't stand a fucking chance.

Herman Cain Blasts Obama For Israel

Personally Israel is not the innocent nation it appears to the public to be. They've done stuff just as bad as their hated enemies around their borders. It's really time to stop supporting them on every issue and stop sending them money all the time. I'm glad Obama is trying to sympathetic with Palestine on the issue.

Herman Cain does not share my opinion. He said Obama threw Israel under the bus and  "You mess with Israel, you are messing with the United States of America. It's that simple."

Fact of the Day: Obama Wasn't First Prez Who Owns a Nobel Peace Prize

Many people remember Obama getting it short into his presidency, but Theodore Roosevelt was the first President to get one. They awarded it to him for his help on the resolution of the Russo-Japanese war.

Donald Trump Not Running For President

Donald Trump has called it quits. He knows he can't win. He sure gave up fast after coming in swinging hard at Obama.

Nikki Haley Says Obama Should Step Up for Boeing

Though she didn't do a damn thing to keep Amazon in the state, she can't stand the fact that the National Labor Realtions Board is trying to prevent Boeing bringing 1,000 jobs to South Carolina. She says Obama needs to step up and support Boeing. I for one stand with our unions just like Obama. Companies need to realize that workers have rights too, if we don't have strong unions then they'll just drive off somewhere else because they want more money to themselves.

I Read Tears of a Clown: Glenn Beck and the Tea-Bagging of America

For a lot of people, there's not many TV personalities more entertaining that Fox New's Glenn Beck. Entertaining however is a rather vague word. He entertains conservatives by over-exaggerating and making up random accusations out of thin air. For Liberals, he is nothing more than a joke, and as author Dana Milbank puts it; a clown. You almost have to laugh at this clown's performance every night on Fox News, and try to comprehend the millions of people that take his words seriously.

For those who don't know, Glenn Beck is a conservative champion of the Tea Party and ultra-extremist Republicans. The book covers many different topics about Mr. Beck himself. From his early life, fledging career as a radio host, his Mormon faith, and his deep rooted hatred for Barack Obama, and former President Woodrow Wilson. He believes that all progressives are nothing more than communists and fascists, and somehow believes Wilson is the most evil man to have ever lived.

One of the most notable tales within the book is about Glenn Beck's assault on Van Jones. Beck has been desperately searching for any links whatsoever between Barack Obama and Marxism before the man was even elected. Despite not much to work with besides a conspiracy theory here and there, he did find one man in the Obama administration who at one time had been a communist. Jones had nothing more than a little-known role promoting Green jobs. That didn't matter to Beck, and after that Beck made Jones a constant subject on his show. Eventually Van Jones resigned after having his name signed on a “9/11 Truth” conspiracy movement. As luck would have it his next job was a teacher at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

I think the best part of the book is the author's use of poking fun at Beck using his own tactics and logic. Though Milbank actually looks up the facts before reporting them. Something Beck admits he never does, as he often calls himself a commentator instead of a journalist.
